LILT is seeking experienced Wholesale Trade and Commercial Sales professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian distribution, wholesale, and B2B commercial environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will design and review realistic scenarios reflecting order management, account management, and sales coordination across wholesale networks.

This independent contractor role offers flexible hours and competitive rates; you will work in Gujarati and English to help AI

Qualifications

• Native-level Gujarati with strong professional English proficiency

Responsabilités

• Design realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Gujarati or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (e.g., order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination, client account management, technical product demonstrations, wholesale procurement workflows)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational realism
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions reflecting best practices across Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations
