LILT is seeking experienced Wholesale Trade and Commercial Sales professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Indian distribution, wholesale, and B2B environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create realistic scenarios reflecting order processing, distributor relationships, and sales negotiations.

You will review AI and human responses for accuracy and relevance, contributing to gold-standard solutions.

Competenze

• Native-level Marathi with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.
• Background in Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Distributor Relations, or Client Account Management.
• Strong understanding of wholesale workflows and Indian commercial trade environments.

• Design realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Marathi or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks.
