Job summary

LILT is seeking experienced Wholesale Trade and Commercial Sales professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian distribution, wholesale, and B2B environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios reflecting operational, order management, and client account challenges across wholesale networks.

This is an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Native-level Bengali with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.
• Background in Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, or Distributor relations.
• Strong understanding of wholesale workflows and Indian commercial trade environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios in Bengali or English grounded in Indian contexts.
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks.
• Review AI and human responses for accuracy, relevance, and operational realism.
• Contribute to gold standard solutions across Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.
