LILT is seeking an experienced Wholesale Trade and Commercial Sales subject matter expert to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Indian distribution and B2B environments. You will create and review scenarios spanning order management, account management, and sales coordination to ensure AI understands complex trade contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level Odia with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Wholesale Trade, Distribution, Commercial Sales, Account Management, or B2B Operations.
• Background in roles such as Sales Supervision, Order Management, Sales Management, Non-Technical Sales, Technical Sales, Distributor Relations, Client Account Management, or Commercial Operations.
• Strong understanding of wholesale workflows, customer relationship management, sales operations, product distribution, and Indian commercial trade environments.

Aufgaben

• Design realistic Wholesale Trade scenarios grounded in Indian contexts (order processing, distributor relationships, sales negotiations, inventory coordination).
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for commercial problem-solving, customer communication, sales operations, and order management tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, commercial relevance, customer service quality, and operational realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian wholesale, distribution, and B2B sales operations.
