Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Onboarding Advisor I to coordinate and lead implementations for Wholesale Payment services, ensuring a best-in-class client experience. You will interact with clients and internal teams to complete activities and maintain project visibility.

The role requires strong communication, banking knowledge, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and vendors, while working semi-independently to drive timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education.
• Three or more years in banking, basic project management, or related industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proactive messaging.
• Ability to manage client and vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Wholesale Payments solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding efforts for less complex Wholesale Payment services.
• Coordinate internal resources to complete implementations on time.
• Serve as primary liaison between client, operations, and other areas.
• Provide proactive communication on status, risks, and opportunities.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain deadlines.
• Balance client needs with internal processes and constraints.
