Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years in Wholesale Payments or related banking ops.
• 2+ years leading a team with scope and accountability.
• 3+ years of direct project or team leadership experience.
• Strong judgment, time management, and independent work.
• Knowledge of Risk Controls and audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and decision making to teammates facing complex issues.
• Serve as escalation point within Wholesale Payments for product and system-related requests.
• Prioritize team requests and manage workload via workflow systems.
• Engage with clients, partners, and vendors to drive resolution.
• Support leaders with procedures, proxy meetings, and projects as SME.
• Participate in hiring and performance input for personnel.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Assist with risk controls audits and walk-throughs.
• Provide general support to Wholesale Payments across high-volume tasks.
