Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education and training.
• Five years of banking experience, with treasury exposure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for professional interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank operations, risk controls, and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as direct point of contact for an assigned portfolio of Wholesale Payments clients.
• Manage case management and Outlook inbox; research and resolve complex client issues.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver treasury and deposit services.
• Escalate and manage client expectations to ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide support for daily processing activities and maintain accurate documentation.
