Truist is seeking a Team Leader II to manage a Wholesale Payments group, enhancing client relationships and driving profitable growth. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure risk governance, and collaborate with senior leaders to meet service levels and strategic goals.

The role emphasizes talent development, process improvements, and end-to-end onboarding efficiency while guiding the team through change and onboarding of new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five+ years direct experience managing a team, performance, and resource allocations.
• Seven+ years of relevant financial services or related work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Wholesale Payments team to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Partner with lines of business, product, and stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Manage risk governance and compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Drive client satisfaction and service level performance.
• Recruitment, coaching, performance management and talent development activities.
• Identify efficiencies in onboarding and client experience end-to-end.
