Job summary

Truist Financial in Atlanta seeks a senior Wholesale Payments Dedicated Specialist to lead client servicing for a portfolio of high-value clients, coordinating with internal partners and ensuring high-quality service.

You will act as the subject matter expert on Deposit and Treasury products, manage case queues and Outlook mailboxes, assess complex requests, escalate when needed, and support daily processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• 5+ years banking experience with treasury exposure; experience in treasury services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage multiple time-sensitive tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional appearance and behavior.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to handle complex tasks.
• Sound judgment in client communications and decision-making.
• Integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Familiarity with bank operations, risk controls and treasury processes.
• Experience with case management tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove service to assigned clients and understand their business and preferred communication style.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Leverage treasury knowledge to address complex client requests.
• Cover medium-to large-sized client portfolios with guidance from management.
• Be the subject matter expert for Deposit and Treasury products in systems and procedures.
• Assist management in planning daily processing activities and staffing.
