Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to work with commercial paint customers, determine needs and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns, stay current on product features, and help maintain high quality and visual standards in-store while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, tinting and mixing products to spec, keeping accurate files, and helping with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Have at least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Clean store equipment
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Suggest ways to improve sales
