Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend the right paint products and services. You will process sales, tint and mix products, and help maintain store standards while supporting delivery and inventory tasks.

Spanish language ability is a plus and experience in paint sales is valued. The role emphasizes staying informed on product features, delivering high customer satisfaction, and achieving store sales

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
