The Sherwin-Williams Company in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Wholesale Product Specialist to help commercial paint customers by assessing needs, answering questions, and recommending the right Sherwin-Williams products and services.

You will build trust with wholesale customers, process sales transactions accurately, and work toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, while maintaining product quality and store presentation.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams candidates should have a meets expectations rating.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
