Job summary

HONOR THE GIFT is seeking a highly analytical Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator in Los Angeles. This role drives ERP accuracy, inventory integrity, 3PL execution, EDI performance, and operational reporting to scale our wholesale and Ecommerce divisions.

You will own data integrity across AIMS360, NuOrder, and internal tools, partner with Sales and Senior Operations Leadership, and ensure flawless order execution from preorder planning to shipments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in wholesale operations, ERP administration, logistics, or apparel product cycle.
• Strong knowledge of AIMS360 or similar ERP systems; familiarity with Shopify, Brandboom, or NuOrder a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, auditing).
• Systems-driven problem solver with strong analytical ability.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable owning complex workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in working in house for fashion brands or consumer goods strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP data accuracy for styles, pricing, attributes, UPCs, and customer data in AIMS360.
• Ensure data integrity across AIMS360, NuOrder, and internal tools.
• Manage ERP → B2B data syncs for go-to-market readiness.
• Audit and maintain clean, structured data used by Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Own daily and weekly inventory accuracy, variance analysis, and stock adjustments.
• Lead cycle counts and investigate discrepancies with 3PL leadership.
• Reconcile ERP vs. warehouse inventory and implement corrective workflows.
• Monitor EDI transmissions and retailer requirements; ensure routing guide compliance.
