Bridging high-level supply chain management with hands-on account support, you will ensure seamless order entry, inventory tracking, and warehouse logistics for our wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations, a bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in Microsoft Office and ERP/EDI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations, supply chain, or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/EDI order processing.
• Experience in wholesale consumer goods or retail distribution preferred.
• Able to leverage AI tools for reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational execution and customer fulfillment.
• Coordinate across product, planning, and logistics teams.
• Manage order entry, inventory tracking, and warehouse logistics.
• Maintain accurate data across orders, customers, and inventory.
