Job summary
Fabletics is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to lead US Wholesale order operations, onboarding, account support, and vendor compliance from their El Segundo HQ. The role focuses on scalable processes, onboarding speed, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Fulfillment, and Tech to scale a growing B2B apparel business.
Ideal candidates bring hands-on wholesale experience in apparel, knowledge of EDI and retailer requirements, and comfort driving automation and AI-enabled
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of wholesale operations or related B2B roles.
- Experience in apparel/retail wholesale preferred.
- Understanding of end-to-end wholesale order lifecycle and onboarding.
- Experience with retailer compliance, routing guides, labeling, and chargebacks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day wholesale sales order operations across accounts.
- Own onboarding and setup for new wholesale customers and retailers.
- Own vendor compliance and retailer documentation requirements.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs and reporting.
- Drive automation, SOPs, and scalable processes for growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, Planning, Technology and Finance.
