Fabletics is seeking a B2B Systems & Operations Senior Manager based in El Segundo. You will define and operationalize the B2B operating model, aligning ERP, OMS, WMS, and product data platforms to enable scalable wholesale growth.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate business needs into structured requirements, and drive end‑to‑end programs that reduce manual work and improve system reliability. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Business Planning & Development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operations, program management or business systems within retail or wholesale environments.
• Deep experience with enterprise systems (ERP/OMS/WMS/PLM/PIM) and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of B2B/wholesale operations, order lifecycle and partner workflows.
• Ability to balance speed, scalability and operational complexity while driving measurable outcomes.
• Extensive experience in systems‑driven environments and AI‑assisted process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the B2B operating model across order lifecycle, fulfillment, and partner workflows.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements and partner with Product/Engineering to deliver system‑enabled solutions.
• Align systems with processes to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
• Lead cross‑functional programs, managing timelines and risks across Operations, Tech, Finance, and Merchandising.
• Establish frameworks for partner onboarding and regional/platform consistency.
• Provide visibility, drive accountability, and influence stakeholders for progress.
• Coach and train other employees as needed.
