Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Wholesale Operations Manager to lead and execute day-to-day US wholesale order operations, onboarding, and vendor compliance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order processing, onboarding, and scalable processes as the wholesale business grows.

The role reports to the Director, US Wholesale Operations and requires hands-on experience with wholesale operations, ERP/EDI, and carrier/vendor requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of wholesale operations experience.
• Hands-on wholesale experience in apparel/retail preferred.
• Understanding of order lifecycle from onboarding to delivery.
• Experience with retailer vendor compliance and chargebacks.
• Experience partnering with technology or systems teams to implement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day wholesale sales order operations across accounts.
• Own onboarding and end-to-end order processing.
• Establish onboarding processes and service expectations.
• Maintain relationships with Sales and retailer partners; serve as escalation point.
• Drive process improvements to scale operations.
