Job summary

Geometry is seeking a Wholesale Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative assistance to our wholesale business. You will work with the Director of Wholesale, Operations Manager, Sales team, and logistics partners to ensure retailer orders, account requests, and fulfillment activities are accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or wholesale operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work across multiple departments daily.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers by preparing new vendor setup documentation for retail partners and processing wholesale orders as needed.
• Assist the Sales team with retailer requests and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team for accurate retailer requests and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate daily workflows with the Operations Manager and logistics partners to monitor order status.
• Prepare retailer-specific documentation, shipping instructions, and fulfillment requirements to ensure accurate processing.
