Job summary

Apparis is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to ensure timely fulfillment and invoicing for wholesale and ecommerce orders in the US, while monitoring inventory and optimizing supply chain processes. You will work closely with the sales team and 3PL partners, reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities include coordinating with 3PL, managing AR, onboarding dropship clients, and maintaining ERP accuracy across WIP and inventory reports. Aims 360 experience is preferred.

• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Aims 360.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill wholesale orders and ecommerce orders in the US, ensuring timely invoicing.
• Coordinate with 3PL and lead weekly meetings to track KPIs and shipping plans.
• Manage AR, collect payments, and liaise with retailers and factoring company.
• Onboard dropship clients and support inbound/outbound logistics.
• Monitor inbound logistics from FOB to 3PL and generate inventory reports.
• Create UPCs and support catalog uploads for retailers.
• Forecast inbound/outbound shipments and manage WIP in ERP.
• Handle wholesale returns, process RAs, and reflect changes in ERP and inventory.

Job description

The Sales Operations Associate's main role is to ensure the timely fulfillment and invoicing of wholesale and ecommerce orders in the US while monitoring inventory levels and optimizing supply-chain processes for both inbound and outbound logistics flows. They will report directly to the CEO and work closely with our sales team and our 3PL partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage wholesale orders fulfillment, including EDI retailers. Review and prepare shipping instructions for major clients.
• Main point of contact to 3PL. Lead weekly meetings with 3PL to ensure daily KPIs are met. Prepare shipping reports, priority lists, and ensure weekly shipping plans are fulfilled.
• Ensure invoices are submitted and distributed in a timely manner. Collect credit card payments, communicate with the factoring company as well as our retailers to ensure accurate AR.
• Onboard and complete setup of multiple dropship clients.
• Monitor inbound logistics and ensure timely delivery from FOB to 3PL.
• Prepare and distribute regular inventory reports, analyze and resolve any discrepancies.
• Generate UPCs and distribute them to retailers, including GXS and Intertrade catalogs upload.
• Prepare inbound and outbound forecasts. Closely work with 3PL and factories to ensure on time goods deliveries, resolve any related issues. Fully manage WIP in the ERP system.
• Manage, process, and analyze wholesale returns. Communicate with our 3PL on current and future RAs, ensure returns are processed into ERP system and accurately reflect on the inventory report.
• Oversee stock and WIP allocation, collaborate with the Sales Team to prepare and execute a successful shipping season. Utilize multiple supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any shipment related issues. Track and fix any shipping errors. Review and dispute chargebacks with retailers.
• Develop and optimize supply chain processes. Constantly strive for excellence in all aspects of shipping and receiving operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues
• Experience working with an ERP system such as Aims 360
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Either fully remove or hybrid (office is in downtown Manhattan)
