Marolina Outdoor is seeking a Wholesale Customer Operations Associate to join our on-site Charleston team. You will own wholesale partner relationships, manage orders from onboarding to invoicing, and coordinate with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

You will be the primary contact for wholesale and B2B customers, maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM, monitor account performance, and support new account setup and terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale or B2B customer operations.
• Strong order management, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or wholesale platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Be the wholesale/B2B point of contact.
• Manage end-to-end wholesale orders from onboarding to invoicing.
• Communicate with customers about orders and timelines.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics for on-time delivery.
• Monitor account performance and retention opportunities.
• Assist with new account setup and contract terms.
• Support teammates with cross-training and growth.
