Job summary

Marolina Outdoor is seeking a Wholesale Customer Operations Associate to manage end-to-end wholesale orders and partner relationships from Charleston, SC. The role coordinates with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth order flow and optimal customer experience.

Primary responsibilities include onboarding, invoicing, data integrity in ERP/CRM, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and retention in our wholesale channel.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale, B2B operations, customer operations, or account management.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or wholesale platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and B2B customers.
• Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing, from onboarding through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Customer communication related to orders, availability, timelines, changes, and issue resolution.
• Help maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP / CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention from a set of wholesale accounts
• Support new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness.
• Support customer-facing team members on a daily basis including cross training within and outside of the department to foster career development and growth.
