Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale operations or account management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with order management systems and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to wholesale accounts and sales reps, addressing inquiries about orders, shipping, billing, paperwork, and credit.
• Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts including setup and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, billing errors, payment issues and other account concerns.
• Coordinate warranty claims and replacement orders for defective products.
• Review and manage wholesale orders through BlueCherry and NuORDER; monitor open orders and fulfillment status.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, purchase orders, and sales data.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on balances, and coordinate with accounting on payment issues.
• Create and coordinate wholesale email marketing campaigns using Canva and Omnisend.
