Marolina Outdoor in Charleston, SC is seeking a Wholesale Customer Operations Associate to lead our B2B relationships and manage orders from onboarding through invoicing. You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure outstanding service for wholesale partners.

You will handle account setup, pricing data, order status, and issue resolution while optimizing data in ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Wholesale/B2B operations experience.
• 0
• Strong knowledge of order management and customer lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or wholesale platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and B2B customers.
• Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing from onboarding to invoicing.
• Provide timely customer communication about orders, availability, timelines, changes, and issue resolution.
• Help maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics for timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention.
• Support new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness.
• Support customer-facing team members with cross training.
