Job summary

Marolina Outdoor in Charleston, SC is seeking a Wholesale Customer Operations Associate to lead our B2B relationships and manage orders from onboarding through invoicing. You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure outstanding service for wholesale partners.

You will handle account setup, pricing data, order status, and issue resolution while optimizing data in ERP/CRM systems.

• Help maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics for timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention.
• Support new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness.
• Support customer-facing team members with cross training.

Position Overview

The Wholesale Customer Operations Associate is part of a team with a daily focus on the HUK wholesale business, always ensuring best-in-class customer experience. This role serves as the relationship lead for wholesale partners, managing accounts, orders, and communication across the lifecycle of the customer. This position is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure wholesale customers are supported, orders flow smoothly, and growth opportunities are captured.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and B2B customers.
• Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing, from onboarding through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Customer communication related to orders, availability, timelines, changes, and issue resolution.
• Help maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP / CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention from a set of wholesale accounts
• Support new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness.
• Support customer-facing team members on a daily basis including cross training within and outside of the department to foster career development and growth.

• Experience in wholesale, B2B operations, customer operations, or account management.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or wholesale platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
