Job summary

Marolina Outdoor, Inc. in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Wholesale Customer Operations Associate to join on-site. This role supports Huk and Nomad wholesale partners, manages accounts and orders, and ensures best-in-class service throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Planning, Operations, Finance and Marketing to optimize order flow, data accuracy in ERP/CRM, and growth opportunities for the wholesale business.

Qualifications

• Experience in wholesale, B2B operations, customer operations, or account management.
• Strong understanding of order management, fulfillment, and customer lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or wholesale platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and B2B customers.
• Manage end-to-end wholesale order processing, from onboarding through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Customer communication related to orders, availability, timelines, changes, and issue resolution.
• Help maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in ERP / CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels and retention from a set of wholesale accounts
• Support new account setup, contract terms, and operational readiness.
• Support customer-facing team members on a daily basis including cross training within and outside of the department to foster career development and growth.
