Qualifications

• Mortgage processing experience required.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication with borrowers, officers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for CTC submission to underwriting.
• Coordinate with partners, loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s and title companies.
• Obtain conditions from third parties and clear conditions for final approval.
• Review and upload file documentation into LOS.
• Analyze credit, income, tax returns and assets.
