Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to drive new business with mortgage bankers, deliver unparalleled service, and build a personal portfolio of clients.

You will leverage industry knowledge, communication skills, and sales savvy to develop relationships, train clients on the Wholesale Portal, and achieve funded production growth while delivering world-class client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries, including third‑party originations.
• Proven success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.
• Strong relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Mortgage Banking Clients.
• Train and educate clients on PRMG's Wholesale Portal, programs, products, and processes.
• Drive and maintain funded production levels above $10 million monthly.
• Hold regular account visits to reinforce the company’s differentiators and leverage them for quality volume.
• Be the clients’ go-to resource for mortgage industry questions.
• Monitor the performance of loan deliveries in your pipeline.
• Monitor expiring rate locks for customer base.
• Provide world-class client service to every client.
