Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive in the Lisle, IL area. You will develop and manage relationships with mortgage bankers, providing excellent service and solutions across a full range of PRMG products and programs.

You will leverage industry knowledge and sales acumen to grow your client portfolio and drive production. The role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, educating clients on the Wholesale Portal, and achieving funded production

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries.
Proven success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.
Thorough understanding of the loan process and the difference between Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending.
Strong relationship building skills.
Existing client base preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with Mortgage Banking Clients.
Train and educate clients on PRMG's Wholesale Portal, programs, products, and processes.
Drive and maintain funded production levels above $10 million monthly.
Hold regular account visits to reinforce the company’s differentiators.
Be your clients’ go-to resource for all questions about the mortgage industry.
Monitor the performance of loan deliveries in your pipeline.
Monitor expiring rate locks for the customer base.
Provide world-class client service to every client.
