Job summary

Newrez in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive to grow wholesale and correspondent products with brokers and bankers. You will manage broker approvals, education, and service quality while promoting our funding projections, processes, and technology platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
4+ years of sales and/or real estate experience.
2+ years of mortgage sales, including Government and Conventional products.

Responsibilities

Formulate funding projections/goals with Wholesale leadership to align with loan production, quality, and volume targets.
Initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approvals.
Collaborate with leadership and partners to develop marketing strategies within territory/account list.
Conduct large group broker presentations to promote our value proposition and platform.
