We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our clients fashion and interiors wholesale presence across the USA. This is a key role within our luxury business, responsible for managing existing retail partnerships while identifying and securing new opportunities across top-tier department stores, boutiques, and design retailers. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the US wholesale landscape, a passion for luxury, and a proven ability to drive sales across multi-category collections. This role will be remote and can be based anywhere within US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow wholesale accounts across fashion and interiors in the US market
  • Develop seasonal sales strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends
  • Lead showroom appointments, line presentations, and sell-in campaigns during market weeks and trade shows
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and sales targets
  • Identify and open new accounts across luxury fashion and interior retail spaces
  • Monitor sell-through and provide weekly/monthly reporting and insight to internal teams
  • Work closely with merchandising, marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure timely and effective product launches
  • Oversee order management, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and maintain a strong awareness of competitor activity and market dynamics

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of wholesale experience in luxury fashion and/or interiors within the US market
  • Strong network of buyer contacts across fashion boutiques, interior stores, and department stores
  • Excellent understanding of the wholesale cycle and showroom processes
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with JOOR or similar wholesale platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
