REILY Capital Management is a leading real estate investment and wholesaling company, specializing in acquiring off-market residential properties for our portfolio and investor network. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of profitable investment properties.

Job Overview:

The Acquisition Manager will play a key role in identifying and securing high-potential real estate opportunities. This position requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a results-driven attitude. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, capable of managing multiple deals at various stages of the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking
  • Negotiate purchase agreements with sellers, ensuring favorable terms for the company and its investors
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, wholesalers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct property evaluations, including reviewing comps, market trends, and financial analysis, to assess profitability
  • Manage acquisition pipelines, tracking the status of all leads and deals in progress
  • Collaborate with the dispositions and finance teams to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to sale
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends and investment opportunities
  • Continuously expand knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies to improve deal flow and profitability

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or related fields
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to close deals
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market analysis and property evaluation methods
  • Experience using CRM software and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving profitability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members
  • Passion for real estate and an entrepreneurial spirit
