This Senior Financial Aid Specialist supports the Financial Aid function at Herzing University with policy, procedure, technology, and process optimization needs. This role requires high attention to detail and technical proficiency. The Senior Specialist also needs the ability to generate innovative ideas. They serve on the Financial Aid Compliance Team within the Home Office division, reporting to the Director of Financial Aid - Compliance.
Pay: Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. New employees typically do not start at the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match.
