Job summary

Commerce Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Supervisor-level role for Wholesale Lockbox operations. The position offers an annual salary range of $55,000.00–$74,500.00 based on experience and competencies, with a Mon-Fri schedule from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

You will oversee department workflow and guide staff, ensuring service excellence and adherence to procedures. Candidate requirements include an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years remittance experience, and 1+ year leadership

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 3+ years remittance experience required.
• 1+ years leadership experience required.
• Remittance processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department workflow and communicate decisions, priorities and relevant information to team members.
• Provide guidance to employees on departmental projects/issues, coach and develop training plans, lead development conversations and answer day-to-day questions for team members.
• Provide operational direction to employees in accordance with established systems and procedures.
• Motivate team members to meet production and quality goals and interact with customers regularly.
• Work with project management team regarding vendor software upgrades and complete testing of software as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
