Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• At least 3 years’ lending and banking experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of wholesale lending and loan documentation, collateral evaluation, lien perfection and regulatory requirements.
• Thorough understanding of bank policies, laws and regulations involving agricultural lending.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and bank software including nCino and TruStage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Relationship Associate team; provide performance coaching.
• Manage loan portfolio and service customers.
• Collaborate with RA Supervisors and Managers to ensure consistency.
• Identify workflow improvements and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead team meetings and communicate department initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
