Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Wholesale Relationship Specialists.
• Coordinate pipeline assignments including loan closings, documentation, and deposits.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and bank policies; remediate issues as needed.
• Prepare and distribute reports; analyze team metrics to guide coaching.
• Serve as back-up for Wholesale Relationship Specialists and maintain CRM data integrity.
