Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Relationship Specialist IV to support the Wholesale Banking team in originating and servicing loans and deposits. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Credit Portfolio Managers, and Treasury Management to deliver high-quality client experiences.

The role emphasizes diligence in due diligence, compliance with BSA/AML, and accurate documentation. Senior team members may mentor junior specialists and lead process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Seven+ years of wholesale or consumer banking experience.
• Three+ years of commercial loan and deposit experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily client requests and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify potential problems and compliance concerns to protect relationships.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and loan/deposit policies and procedures.
• Open, service, and maintain wholesale deposit accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Treasury Management products and services.
• Coordinate loan closings and related documentation across multiple parties.
• Prepare loan packages, related tickets, and wire transfers as needed.
• Mentor and train junior Relationship Specialists; support workflow management.
