Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
• At least 3 years' lending and banking experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of wholesale lending, loan documentation, collateral evaluation and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of bank software including nCino and TruStage.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development planning to Relationship Associates.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment and ensure adherence to policies and service standards.
• Lead onboarding, mentoring, and training of new employees and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with RA Supervisors, RA Managers, and Loan Operations leadership to ensure consistency across regions.
