Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; banking experience acceptable.
• Treasury Management experience minimum 1 year at Officer level; AVP/VP levels require more.
• General bank experience minimum 1 year; AVP/VP levels require 1–5 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and working with financial software.
• Valid Nebraska driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Treasury Management business by contacting prospects and expanding existing relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of Treasury Management products and demonstrate capabilities to tailor packages.
• Promote Treasury & Payments solutions and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
• Assist in creating marketing materials and communications to support growth.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lenders and internal teams to support product expansion and sales objectives.
• Represent the bank at meetings, trainings, and community events to stay informed on industry trends.
