Qualifications

• Experience as Wholesale Specialist preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Problem solving and de-escalation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture client relationships with proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal units; ensure follow-through.
• Use consultative approach to discuss sales performance with dealers using market data.
• Coach clients to use our tools and educate on marketplace policies.
• Prioritize tasks professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
• Engage clients with guidance on implementing wholesale strategy.
• Track activities and provide weekly summaries.
• Coordinate with auction teams for seamless vehicle handoffs.
• Communicate daily with Trade Desk Consultants about regional units.
