Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years wholesale brokering or related experience.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail agents and carriers.
• Act as primary broker, negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the wholesale book of business by generating leads and closing profitable deals.
• Analyze risks and exposures to provide customized insurance solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and clients to design, negotiate, and place insurance coverage in line with organizational standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging risks to provide insightful solutions for clients.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support during the policy placement process and post-sale servicing needs.
