Qualifications

• Experience as a Wholesale Broker or Producer in insurance.
• Active brokerage license in good standing.
• Strong relationship and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with retail agents.
• Develop new business and grow the book through marketing and prospecting.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with carriers for best coverage.
• Identify client risks and advise on options.
• Liaise between agents and carriers for smooth processes.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation.
