Yamaha Motor Finance is seeking a Wholesale Relationship Specialist to manage a dealer portfolio in the Kennesaw, GA area. You will build strong relationships with dealer principals, coordinate credit lines, and support growth by aligning with the Dealer Profit Maximization framework.

The role emphasizes customer service, portfolio oversight, and collaboration with sales teams to address defaults, risk, and service opportunities in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years wholesale finance or related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
• Experience in account management is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service and collection activity for the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure timely release of daily parts and units orders.
• Oversee AR adjustments and status item recoding to stay compliant.
• Provide updates to sales teams and management on wholesale issues.
• Document and clear status items per YMFUS risk policy.
• Limit risk through demand letters and post-repossession strategies.
• Represent the wholesale group at dealer events when possible.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
