Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, order processing, or similar role.
• Experience supporting wholesale, retail, or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels with product info, pricing, availability, order status, and terms.
• Prepare quotations, estimates, delivery schedules, and sales documentation.
• Create customer sales orders accurately and efficiently while following policy.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
