CultureFly, a licensed wholesale company, seeks an organized sales assistant to support growing business. You will assist accounts like Walmart, Target, and others, coordinating orders, shipping, and communication with internal teams.

The role requires detail orientation, multitasking, and initiative, with experience in wholesale or retail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP/EDI experience is a plus, and you’ll collaborate closely with licensing and production.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with the lead Account Executive to ensure orders are processed and shipped as planned
• Maintain open order reports and coordinate with production and logistics
• Ensure customer details are followed and orders are timely
• Coordinate with logistics to deliver and route goods as requested
• Act as liaison between customer and internal teams to process orders
• Collaborate with licensing to approve designs for production
• Communicate accurate style information to customers
• Use customer systems to share accurate information
• Review orders for accuracy
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely shipping
• Ship PP and TOP samples to buyers

Licensed Wholesale company seeking an organized hard-working sales assistant to support growing business. We design, manufacture, and distribute licensed products to some of the biggest retailers across the globe. This position would be assisting accounts such as Walmart, Target, TJX, Five Below and more. Our licensing partners include Disney, Marvel, Paramount, Warner Brothers & more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with the lead Account Executive on all tasks needed to ensure orders are processed and shipped as planned.
• Maintain open order reports – work with production and logistics to ensure accurate timing and information
• Work with production to ensure all customer details are followed as requested and ordered in a timely fashion.
• Work closely with logistics to make sure all customer goods are delivered and routed as requested.
• Act as a liaison between customer and internal team to process and execute orders accurately
• Partner with licensing team to make sure all designs are approved for production
• Communicate accurate style information to customers for a seamless ordering process
• Utilize customer systems to share accurate information
• Review all orders for accuracy
• Communicate with logistics to ensure orders ship in a timely manner.
• Shipping PP and TOP samples to buyers.
