Job summary

Habitat Clothes To Live In is seeking an Account Coordinator to answer inquiries for 1,500+ accounts, coordinate wholesale and ecommerce customers, and provide proactive customer service. The role involves data entry, order processing, and cross-team communication to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with multiple operating systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the apparel industry is a plus.
• Problem solver with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customers, wholesale & ecommerce questions across phone, email, fax.
• Enter and process orders daily in Nuorder, RLM, and ecommerce orders for wholesale accounts.
• Investigate customer problems and provide resolutions.
• Bridge communication between Customer Service and internal departments on product quality.
• Process payments and refunds while handling sensitive data.
• Record detailed notes and maintain data integrity in CRM records.
• Develop, monitor and manage monthly Open Order Report for assigned region.
• Coordinate with internal departments to expedite orders as required.
• Process requested reports from management.
• Manage tasks for assigned location in the US & Sales Reps.
• Escalate issues to management or departments when needed.
• Support two annual warehouse sales including sale prep, breakdown, and weekend work.
• Oversee inquiries from wholesale and ecommerce emails and respond.
• Assist Ecommerce Department with monitoring phone and email inquiries.
• Operate effectively in a team environment to meet business goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
