The Account Coordinator will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. A liaison for the company in assisting wholesale accounts, sales reps and ecommerce customers while providing respectful and proactive customer service to over 1,500 accounts, many sales reps and retail customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customers, wholesale & ecommerce questions and requests across various platforms, such as phone, email and fax, etc.
- Perform data entry tasks such as entering and processing orders daily in Nuorder, RLM, customer account changes and processing ecommerce customer orders via phone for all wholesale accounts.
- Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution
- Bridge communication between Customer Service and internal departments to address and uphold product quality concerns.
- Process payments and refunds and handling sensitive personal payment information
- Record detailed notes and maintaining data integrity in CRM records
- Develop, monitor and manage monthly Open Order Report for assigned region
- Connect with the internal departments to expedite orders as required
- Processes requested reports from management
- Manage and process tasks for assigned location in the US & Sales Reps
- Discern when to escape an issue to management or specific departments
- Work & support 2 annual warehouse sales including sale preparation, breakdown and working on Friday and Saturday at the Sale
- Oversee and respond to inquiries received through general wholesale and individual company emails accounts
- Assist the Ecommerce Department in monitoring and processing phone and email inquiries
- Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THE ROLE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with multiple operating systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the apparel industry is a plus
- Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills
