We are looking for a highly organized, sales-driven, and proactive individual to lead our wholesale department as the Wholesale Department Manager. This role is all about creating and nurturing strong partnerships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth operations while keeping Nani's adventurous spirit at the heart of every decision.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Sales Growth

  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with current wholesale clients including REI and Dicks Sporting Goods, and ensure every interaction reflects Nani's mission of confidence and empowerment.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of wholesale accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, creative upselling, and market expansion.
  • Represent Nani at trade shows and key sales meetings, bringing the brand's energy and excitement to every interaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create seamless, positive experiences for wholesale clients.
  • Use data and market trends to make smart, strategic decisions that fuel growth.
  • Set ambitious yet attainable sales targets, tracking progress and celebrating wins along the way.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage reorders, and ensure timely, stress-free product delivery.

Wholesale Department Leadership & Operations

  • Lead the wholesale team with passion, fostering a high-energy, goal-driven environment.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and key performance indicators.
  • Run efficient, engaging weekly department meetings focused on collaboration and progress.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align wholesale growth with Nani's big-picture vision.
  • Partner with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional efforts that bring Nani's story to life.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure inventory aligns with demand and that every order goes out smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in wholesale operations, sales, or account management.
  • Proficiency in Shopify or similar sales and inventory management systems.
  • Familiar with CRM, SPS Commerce, ShipHero, Faire, NuOrder, or similar programs.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on making connections and growing partnerships.
  • Strong communication skills with a talent for making clients feel valued and excited about Nani.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva) is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and ready to hit (and exceed) sales goals.
  • Quick to adapt and eager to learn in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
