Responsibilities
- Lead project teams on organizational-wide mid-to-low risk projects affecting multiple departments; manage smaller projects including planning, reporting, scope, cost, resources, and risk management.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Serve as a liaison between the department and affiliated practices, providing on-site visits, communication, and issue resolution to meet client needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field OR High School Diploma with four years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, or systems analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma, CPHQ)
Core Duties and Responsibilities

- Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and closure, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management. Maintain project work plans and facilitate transition to support.
- Communication: Ensure clear, factual communication of project status and issues at all levels. Conduct meetings and motivate teams.
- Resource & Fiscal Management: Manage staffing, vendors, and budgets typically under $500,000. Escalate issues as needed.
- Problem Solving: Identify, evaluate, and resolve project issues with systematic approaches.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Foster positive relationships, mentor team members, and influence stakeholders.
- Tools & Administrative Tasks: Use project management software and participate in departmental activities.
- Travel & Policies: May require travel; adhere to organizational policies.

Frequent walking, standing, and other physical activities; standard office environment.
Skills & Abilities
- Maintain confidentiality, work under stress, adapt to workloads, communicate effectively, prioritize, and work in dynamic environments.
