**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Core Duties:**
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
- Communicate project status effectively.
- Manage budgets under $500,000.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead project teams.
- Use project management tools like MS Project, SharePoint.
- Mentor team members and support organizational goals.
- Travel may be required for site visits and training.
