Job summary

Thames & Kosmos, based in Providence, RI, is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Specialist to support wholesale customer service, process orders, and collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, and Inventory Planning teams.

The role requires keen attention to data accuracy, ERP data integrity, and effective communication with retailers and sales reps. A team player with a customer-focused mindset will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Interest in Thames & Kosmos products and mission
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Extremely high attention to detail in a time-sensitive environment
• Experience with data management and order processing (EDI, SAP Business One, Zendesk a plus)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently with minimal guidance from management
• Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who can work independently, but escalates when needed
• Fast learner who can retain and apply new information quickly
• High degree of computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional phone and email support to wholesale customers, sales reps, and consumers
• Process time-sensitive wholesale orders and account setup forms accurately
• Maintain ERP data integrity with pricing and product availability
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time shipment and resolve issues
• Guide retailers and sales reps on product solutions and policies
• Assist with operational reporting and SLA tracking to meet fulfillment goals
• Support product technical inquiries and help with replacements and promotions
